Whipped Body Butter Policy

Our whipped body butters are made from natural oils and butters, without preservatives. Exposure to elevated temperatures will cause body butter to melt. Do not leave your body butter outside, in the mailbox or in direct sunlight. If your body butter melts, refrigerate for 20 minutes and use as directed. KEEP IT MOIST Body Polish & Butters are not responsible for melted body butters.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Due to the sanitary aspect of our products, we do not accept returns. If for any reason you are  not satisfied with your order, please contact us so that we may best  resolve the issue. 
  • WARNING: Our products are for external use only and should be used as directed on the label. 
  • Discontinue use if rash, redness or itching occurs.
  • Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse the eyes thoroughly with water.
  • CAUTION: Products may contain plant-derived oils and extracts from fruits, vegetables, flowers, tree nuts and seeds.

Shipping Policy

  • We ship via USPS Priority. 
  • Order processing  time: 3 - 5 days.
  • You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation via email.
  • Correctly enter your address, including unit, apartment or suite numbers.
